Waterford Crossing HOA Clubhouse Rental Packet

Residents renting the facility must be present at all times and are responsible for the conduct of guests and any damage. Inspections are done before and after each party, with a checklist covering the entire facility. Capacity is 75 people.

As a Member resident, you may rent our clubhouse for private parties. Due to heavy rental activity, it is suggested that you plan your dates well in advance. No more than 13 months in advance.

Clubhouse Non-Pool Rentals fee is $150 (anniversaries, baby or wedding showers, retirements, etc.) and may begin at any time during the day. Our clubhouse is available for rent weekends, weekdays and weeknights for events. We suggest booking as far in advance as possible, especially for Holiday parties.

Member Residents who rent as a Non-pool rental may not use the pool for their guests, even after 3:00 p.m.  Any use of the pool for a Non-Pool Rental violates the rental contract and can result in a $250.00 fee accessed, as it is a safety issue for the association.

NOTE: Waterford Crossing HOA does not profit off pool rental; this is what Metropolitan charges you directly.

Club House Rental with pool access

It is the Waterford Crossing Clubhouse renters’ responsibility to contact Metropolitan pools (216-741-9451) to procure lifeguards for their event.  Pool access may begin as early as 3:00 p.m., but renters must share the pool with residents during regular hours of operation.  The cost is $25 party fee and $20 per guard per hour.  To have 35 people or less during open pool hours you will need to contract two lifeguards from Metropolitan pools per hour.

Examples:
To use pool for 1 hour with 35 people or less = $65
To use pool for 2 hour with 35 people or less = $105
To use pool for 3 hour with 35 people or less = $145

To use pool for 1 hour with (36-70) people = $85
To use pool for 2 hour with (36-70) people = $145
To use pool for 3 hour with (36-70) people = $205

1. Use of pool starting as early as 3:00 pm.
2. food and drinks must stay in clubhouse or on clubhouse patio, and specifically NOT on the pool deck.
3. Patio gate open, wrist band will be supplied and must be worn for access to and from pool.

Parties may go two hours beyond regular hours of operation with additional cost, but no later than 11:30 pm.  Member resident assumes all of the cost of lifeguards during this period.  The cost is $25 party fee and $30 per guard per hour.  To have 35 people or less during closed pool hours you will need to contract two lifeguards from Metropolitan pools per hour.  Note: if renting during open and closed pool hours, price of guards will increase to $30 when pool closes to members.  Renter is also responsible for pool area cleanup when renting during closed hours.

General Information

A $200 security deposit is required in exchange for keys on the day of rental. The security deposit will be refunded if the clubhouse is cleaned and returned as received and with no damage done. Rental dates are confirmed only when the payment of rental fee $150.00 is received, a rental contract has been signed by the member resident, and a “Release from Liability and Agreement to Indemnify” form has been executed.  If rental keys are delivered in advance of the rental date the renting resident may enter the clubhouse as of 9:00 a.m. the day of their rental to do set up for the event.   

• Residents who rent the clubhouse are responsible for cleaning the facility when they are done, removing all trash and debris, taking down decorations and tape, vacuuming the floor, and putting tables and chairs away.
• All windows must be cleaned and free of spots and finger prints.
• The bathrooms must be cleaned and any plumbing issues reported.
• Trash removal is the renter’s responsibility. All trash must be taken with the renters.

Rental Equipment at the clubhouse includes:

• 7 each 60” round tables that each seat sixpeople
• 6 each  30″ x 6’  long banquet tables that seat six people
• 2 each adjustable serving tables 4’ long
• 75 Lifetime plastic  folding chairs
• 2 HDTV with cable and WIFI

In order to protect the investment of the Clubhouse and the safety of all members and guests the property is under video surveillance at all times.                                 

Member residents renting the facility MUST be present at all times during activity and will be held responsible for conduct of guests while at Waterford Crossing.
