The 2017 assessment of $525 is due January 1, 2017 with a 10-day grace period. Therefore, payments must be postmarked by January 10, 2017.
Payments postmarked January 11 through January 31, 2017 inclusive will incur an additional $25 fee bringing the total due to $550. In additional, assessments that are more than 10 days late may begin to accrue interest charges at a rate of prime plus 3%
If a check for payment of $550 is not postmarked by January 31, 2017, then your account will be turned over to the Association’s attorney for collection
