Waterford Crossing Homeowners’ Association, located in Strongsville, Ohio, is a planned recreation community with 650+ beautiful single family homes of various size and style choices, including some detached cluster homes.  Waterford has a winning combination of amenities and features that add up to establish it as one of the most desirable neighborhoods in the local area and a great place to live:

Centralized Recreation Facility – With our superbly planned facilities, residents can take full advantage of their own private community clubhouse, swimming pool, playground, lighted twin tennis courts, and sand volleyball court, all conveniently located together next to our lighted parking lot.  The newly renovated clubhouse hosts many of the community’s planned events throughout the year.  Residents find it a wonderful space to rent for their own private events at a very reasonable rate.  Most of the recreation facilities are under 24/7 passive video surveillance.

Mile Long Parkway – Waterford Parkway runs from Drake Road to Boston Road.  Residents can walk, jog, run, or bike along the meandering Parkway to complement an active lifestyle.  The tree-lined Parkway has street lights, sidewalks on both sides, and comfortable park benches spaced beside it for those wishing to rest or take it easy.  The Parkway is the backbone of Waterford, directly intersecting with 19 streets and only two addresses, namely our Recreation Facility and Kinsner Elementary School.

Kinsner Elementary School – Located in the center of Waterford Crossing is Strongsville’s newest elementary school for kindergarten through 5th grade.  Students in Waterford Crossing can attend Kinsner, Strongsville Middle School, and Strongsville High School, all part of the award-winning Strongsville City School District.  More information is available at www.strongnet.org.

Easy Ingress and Egress – It is easy commuting into, out of, and within Waterford.  With 6 entrances to our neighborhood and the Parkway running through it, the street labyrinth common to most HOAs is avoided, and getting in and out of Waterford is simple:

  1. Waterford Parkway – exits North to Drake Road
  2. Glen Cairn Way – exits West to Prospect Road
  3. Ellsworth Drive – exits East to Pearl Road
  4. Kylemore Drive – exits West to Prospect Road
  5. Walnut Drive – exits North to Drake Road
  6. Waterford Parkway – exits South to Boston Road

Proximity to Important Locations/Destinations:

  • Strongsville Fire Department Headquarters & Main Fire Station – merely 1/2 mile to the north on Prospect Road.  This gives residents peace of mind that help is so close by if needed.
