Tennis & Basketball Court Rules
- Waterford Crossing is not responsible for injuries. (Play at your own risk)
- Waterford Crossing residents (gate key) must be present at all times if their guests are using facility.
- Residents use comes before guest.
- Waterford Crossing resident’s key owner is responsible for any damage by people they open gate for. (Do not open gate for others)
- Gate shall be closed at all times.
- All courts are available 7:00 am to 11:00 pm. (when residents are waiting) 1-hour time limit will be placed on play time.
- Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- No pets allowed inside court area.
- No team practice, private instructions or classes are allowed.
- Non-players and waiting players must remain outside of the court fence.
- Sitting, pushing or pulling on tennis nets is prohibited.
- Climbing on, hitting or kicking balls into fences is prohibited.
- No glass or alcoholic beverages.
- No bicycles, skateboards or rollerblades.
- No littering.
ENFORCEMENT:
Any violation of court rules may result in the denial of access and/or revocation of your gate key.

Members in good standing with the HOA (no outstanding assessments or other amounts due and account is up-to-date) are eligible to receive key.
