You should receive an invoice from Lawrence Community Management by mail. Despite increasing costs, the assessment for 2019 remains unchanged at $525. The assessment is due January 1st as it is every year. There is a 10-day grace period such that any payment received by our management company prior by January 10th is deemed timely, and any payment received after January 10th is subject to an additional $25 late fee.
